A survey exploring how to share good practice and create supportive communities

As part of the next stage of the Better Care Fund (BCF), the BCF Task Force are looking to understand how we can support each other to deliver better care for local communities across England.

We need your support in developing the way in which information, knowledge and good practice are shared; and to understand how best to connect communities and peers to support the implementation of Better Care.

Through the BCF weekly update and BCF regional leads you may have already received an initial survey asking questions about the areas you would like extra support in. Thank you to all who have responded. The outcomes from this survey have provided valuable insights into the type of information that would be useful to support you in implementing Better Care.

The next stage of developing the implementation support focusses on ensuring this information is provided in a way that is useful to you. One way we will be doing this is by creating a single and accessible interactive space for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

We would value your thoughts and ideas, through this brief survey, to influence the design and functionality of this interactive space. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

All feedback that you can provide before Friday 27th February 2015 would be extremely helpful in making the support provided as good as it can be for you.

We will also be holding a prize draw to win £50 retail vouchers of the winner's choice after the close of the survey, so please do make sure you include your email address if you would like to be entered.
